REFUNDS THAT ARE LATE OR MISSING
Check with your bank or credit card company if you have not received your refund within 5-7 Business days of the refund being processed. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Additional processing time may be required before certain banks and credit unions post a refund.

We can remove the price from the packing slip and write a personal note if you would like to send an item directly as a gift. Please email [email protected] the following, including your order number.
If you would like to return an item in exchange for a gift card, we can send you either a credit or a physical card once we've received the return.
Free ground shipping will be provided for all domestic (Continental India) orders. At checkout, you will be able to calculate two-day shipping and next-day shipping if they are available.
We accept all major credit cards & Apple Pay.
Except for major holidays, orders placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
The following business day is the processing and shipping date for purchases made after 2pm EST.
We will process and ship orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays the following Monday. A credit check and availability verification are pending before shipments can be made.

Any shipping delays or missing packages resulting from incorrect shipping information are beyond our control.
After an order is shipped from one of our locations, Padizone is no longer responsible for missing, lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Please ask surrounding neighbors/buildings if you can't find your package at the specified drop-off location provided by tracking. Please reach out directly to the shipping carrier and file a claim if your package is missing, lost, stolen or damaged. If a package leaves our building, we can't accept any claims.
Padizone will exchange or refund any full-price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Padizone must receive the returned item(s) within 10 days.
Item(s) must be unwashed, unaltered, unwashed, and have their original tags.
The merchandise returned after the 10 day window cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the returned item does not comply with our return policy guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse it. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and returned to the buyer.
NO RETUNS ON UNDERWEAR
All swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Please ensure that all returned merchandise is in the same condition as when it was received, including all tags. Items soiled, damaged, worn, used, or otherwise not in their original condition will be returned to the customer. Please fill out our Return Form to initiate your return or exchange.
